We hereby convey to all prospective Batik Air passengers regarding the information on Batik Air ticket reservations through the following methods:

In ordering Batik Air tickets, it is hoped that prospective Batik Air passengers will pay attention to the following:

  • Identity card (KTP, SIM, or Passport)-based on passenger name.
  • Flight schedule/date, as well as route.
  • Passenger phone number or a local contact who can be reached.
  • Passenger email address that is valid and active.
  • Detailed NIK (WNI) data for domestic and international routes.
  • Passport details for international routes.

If the order data of prospective Batik Air passengers is appropriate and correct, you can make payments based on the place and channel for ordering Batik Air tickets before the ticket payment time limit runs out.

 * Effective February 8, 2023 payments at Head Office, Lion Air Group Branch Offices and Airports cannot use cash. Payment can only use debit cards, credit cards and QR codes.

If you have made a payment for the place/payment channel, you will be provided an E-ticket/Print out containing flight data, but if the E-ticket has not been received, you can check and download it 

And here are the steps that Batik Air passengers can take.

  1. Fill in the Booking Code (PNR), which contains 6 letters.
  2. Please enter your first and last name.
  3. Enter the Flight Number
  4. Enter the flight date then select Retrieve
  5. If the data is correct, flight details will appear. For orders that have been paid, make sure the ticket number is listed.
  6. Select Print to print or download the E-ticket (please make sure your Pop-Up blocking is turned off).


Payment via ATM If within 2 hours after payment you have not received an E-Ticket, please immediately contact our 24-hour Contact Center, or you can send an e-mail to
