Dear Customers of Batik Air,


In the following, we present a guide to purchasing Additional Baggage and a Rapid Test if you already have a Batik Air ticket through the website



Open the following Batik Air website https://batikair.com or you can also go through the Lion Air website at the link https://www.lionair.co.id/kelola-pemesanan/bagasi-prapaid


Make sure you haven't done Web Check-in or Online Check-in before making Additional Baggage Purchase or Rapid Test.


1. Select Menu Manage Bookings

2. Enter the Booking Booking code / PNR consisting of 6 letters
3. Enter the first name and last name as it was when the reservation was made
4. If the data is correct, select Manage Booking


1. Enter an active email and telephone number if it is appropriate, details of your flight data will appear


1. Enter the Manage Addon menu, there are 3 menus below     

* Rapid test addon for purchasing Antigen/PCR Rapid test Vouchers at clinics that have collaborated with Lion Air Group

* Addon Baggages to purchase additional baggage    

* Change Flight to make changes to flight schedules

1. Select Menu Addon Rapid Test or Addon Baggages



1. on the Addon & Seat menu, please select the desired additional service, the total cost of purchasing the additional service will be listed


* Additional baggage services are available in multiples of 5 KG and a maximum of 1 passenger 30 KG purchases 


* Additional baggage The Rapid Test service is available for purchasing Antigen Vouchers for clinics that have collaborated with Lion Air Group. A list of clinics that have collaborated with Lion Air Group can be seen here

NOTE: Rapid Test Antigen and RT-PCR voucher services will be removed effective October 27, 2022 from the airline sales system


1. Select Continue to view details for purchasing additional services


1. If you don't agree, choose Go Back, then your ticket will not purchase additional services
2. If you agree with the purchase of additional services, check the Customer Agreement list and select

 Confirm, a notification will appear again for your approval to proceed to the payment menu



1. Currently there are only 2 payment methods for purchasing additional services, namely by credit card and Direct Bebit BRI


1. If you have made a payment using one of the above methods and the funds have been received by Batik Air, then you will receive an E-ticket in your email that the additional service is available

NOTE: The Rapid Test Antigen and RT-PCR voucher services will be removed effective October 27, 2022 from the airline sales system.
