In order to introduce Batik Air's business class services to foreign passengers flying to Australia, Malaysia, and Thailand, Batik Air (ID) provides Last Minutes Upgrade (LMU) services on several international routes with the following details: 


1. Last Minute Upgrade (LMU) is a service class upgrade from Economy to Business which is done at the airport just before the flight. 


2.   Additional facilities and services obtained by Last Minute Upgrade include:        

A. Sit in the Business compartment (front row and wider seat spacing).        

B. Boarding priority.        

C. Priority checked baggage.        

D. Free Baggage Allowance becomes 30 kg.        

E. Meals (while supplies last).    


3. Last Minute Upgrade Terms are as follows:        

A. Can only be done at the airport, enter 4 (four) hours before departure.        

B. The upgrade fee that has been paid will be forfeited if the ticket is exchanged or refunded.        

C. Terms of exchange and refund follow the class listed on the VCR.
