Seat Assignment (SA) is an additional service in the form of paid seats/paid seats that can be selected and purchased prior to departure to make it easier for passengers to choose their favorite seats during flights.
Seat Assignment (SA) is an additional/optional service, you are not required to purchase a seat at the time of check-in at the airport, city office or online check-in.
Seat Assignment Conditions:
1. Purchases are made through the reservation system up to 24 hours before departure.
2. Purchases can be made at Lion Group representative offices, websites, and travel agents.
3. Purchased seats can only be used for the name of the passenger specified in the reservation and cannot be transferred to another passenger.
4. Changes to the reserved seat number can be made by repurchasing.
5. Seat Assignment according to the price listed in the system, and can be changed without prior notification.
6. Seat assignments that have been purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Characteristic Seat Assignment:
1. Cool seats are seats that are in a strategic position and have wider legroom than other seats.
2. Normal seats are other seats that are not included in the cool seat category.
