In order to improve passenger service and comfort when traveling especially using Batik Air Indonesia (ID), we hereby inform you that Batik Air Indonesia (ID) is re-serving the Last Minute Upgrade service for all Batik Air Indonesia routes at affordable prices.
- Last Minute Upgrade (LMU) is an additional service for passengers to upgrade from Economy to Business class at the Airport a moment before the flight
- Additional benefits and facilities obtained from Last Minute Upgrade are as following below:
- Sit in the Business compartment (front row and wider seat spacing).
- Boarding priority.
- Priority checked baggage.
- Free Baggage Allowance becomes 30 kg.
- Last Minute Upgrade provisions as following below:
- Only can be done at the Airport, within 4 (four) hours before departure.
- Last Minute Upgrade fare following the system.
- Upgrade fee will be forfeited if the ticket is exchanged or refunded.
- Exchange and refund provisions will be following class on the VCR.
- Not getting business-class meals
The Last Minute Upgrade service can be enjoyed by Batik Air Indonesia guests effective June 1, 2023, by following the applicable regulations.
