In order to improve passenger service and comfort when traveling especially using Batik Air Indonesia (ID), we hereby inform you that Batik Air Indonesia (ID) is re-serving the Last Minute Upgrade service for all Batik Air Indonesia routes at affordable prices.

  1. Last Minute Upgrade (LMU) is an additional service for passengers to upgrade from Economy to Business class at the Airport a moment before the flight
  2. Additional benefits and facilities obtained from Last Minute Upgrade are as following below:     
    • Sit in the Business compartment (front row and wider seat spacing).        
    • Boarding priority.        
    • Priority checked baggage.        
    • Free Baggage Allowance becomes 30 kg.         
       
  3. Last Minute Upgrade provisions as following below: 
    • Only can be done at the Airport, within 4 (four) hours before departure. 
    • Last Minute Upgrade fare following the system. 
    • Upgrade fee will be forfeited if the ticket is exchanged or refunded. 
    • Exchange and refund provisions will be following class on the VCR.
    • Not getting business-class meals

 

The Last Minute Upgrade service can be enjoyed by Batik Air Indonesia guests effective June 1, 2023, by following the applicable regulations.
