Batik Air serves flights for Stretcher passengers or passengers who are sick and unable to sit so they need a stretcher to lie down during the flight, here are the conditions for carrying Stretcher passengers:
1. Prepare complete Documents
I. Medical Information (MEDA), filled out by the accompanying doctor
II. Doctor's statement
III. a Family statement
2. Ticket reservations/orders for Stretcher passengers are made 3X24 hours before departure
3. For Lion Air, Batik Air, and Super Air Jet aircraft, stretcher passengers buy 9 (nine) seats with the highest economy class price (Ticket documents issued are only for stretcher passenger names while 8 seats are in the form of EMD
4. documents) For Wings Air aircraft, stretcher passengers buy 6 (six) seats with the highest economy class price (Ticket documents issued are only for stretcher passenger names while 5 seats are in the form of EMD documents)
5. price composition of 1 (one) Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) for stretcher
I. Domestic = Basic Fare + YQ + 11% VAT
II. International = Basic Fare + YQ + administration fee (International route stretcher administration fee = IDR 1,250,000)
*Basic Fare = Distance fare
*YQ = Fuel Surcharge
*VAT = Value Added Tax
6. For companions (doctors/family) stretcher passengers buy tickets at the available
7. class prices Ticket orders can only be served at Batik Air or Lion Air group
8. representative offices The cost of using an ambulance will be borne by the stretcher passengers
