Dear customers of Batik Air,


We can say again that Batik Air accepts passengers of unaccompanied minors or Unaccompanied Minors (UM) on Batik Air flights, by following the following requirements

1. Specifically for transit routes via SIN that require UM handling, a handling fee of SGD 30.00/hour is imposed. 

2. Handling Fee for international transit routes is charged 1 (one) time at the time of departure from origin to the final destination. 

3. Handling Fee can be exchanged if the ticket changes schedule. 

4. Handling Fees can only be refunded together with the ticket.


1. Children Aged 06-12 Years    

2. For transit routes with the possibility of changing planes only for unaccompanied children over 8 years old    

3. The child is in good health both physically and mentally    

4. Include additional information when ordering tickets such as,   

A. Identity, student card, another certificate/ passport/ visa/ vaccine card/ Etc   

B. Introductory name    

C. Pick-up name    

D. Phone number of the pick-up/delivery family    

5. There is no handling fee for domestic flight routes    

6. UM International routes are charged a Handling Fee as follows:

Fill out the form (hand over) UM: 


1. Name of introduction and family relationship status with the passenger 

2. Pick-up name and family relationship status with the passenger 

3. Attach KTP/Passport documents 

4. Sign the form with a clear name


The process at check-in: 


1. Fill out the UM form 

2. Special Staff Services (assistance) will be handled 

3. Will wear the "UM" marker


Process during Boarding: 


1. UM passengers will be escorted to the plane first, together with elderly passengers and pregnant women (Boarding Management) 

2. Handover of UM documents and passengers to the cabin crew 

3. Place the appropriate sitting position on the boarding pass and ensure a position in the front area

The process at the time of Landing/disembarking: 


1. UM passengers are picked up by a special officer at the arrival plane door 

2. UM passengers are handed over to the Name listed on the UM Form, by looking at the pick-up person's identity (name, NIK number) 

3. After the data is correct, the picker signs
